Cirio Butter Beans are shelled at source during harvesting, selected and graded with optical controls and canned within 24 hours. The careful selection and exteme care in processing preserves their best qualities: pale white colour, giant shape, full flavour, full-bodied texture, thin skin. There are no other additives. A light and healthy food, rich in fiber and protein, ideal for a balanced diet.
